SALES MANAGER (uPVC Windows/ Door Systems)
Develop business development strategies of uPVC Windows/ Door Systems Products in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Asses, negotiate and establish successful national/ regional uPVC Windows fabricators contracts.
Responsible in driving the business development.
Research the customer needs and satisfaction.
Research the business opportunities for new product ideas/ innovations.
Develop and increase distribution channels across the industry.
Initiate marketing event/ activities to promote product branding and acceptance.
Organize marketing/ Sales support activities through product training, promotion brochures, demonstrations, samples, technical updates, fabricator training, etc.
Organize/ conduct market research.
Develop relationship in the Design community with key architects and designers.
Coordinate and implement marketing promotion activities, e.g.: advertising, trade-shows, conferences, seminars, etc.
Relevant education in marketing or business, with strong technical background in engineering.
At least 5 years experience in brand and marketing management in a mid to large size firm, preferably with the construction industry such as uPVC windows manufacturing.
Prior exposure to the polymer or aluminum windows industry will be an asset.
Good technical background in Windows/ Doors fabrication/ installation products.
Strong planning, analytical and presentation skills to formulate sales/ business proposals.
Good project management skills and drive to implement the approved strategies and plans.
Excellent customer interface and interpersonal skills to manage key clients accounts.
Good negotiation and coaching/ training skills.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel & Power Point.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, and English. Good command of Chinese would be an advantage.
