We are an international MLM company dealing in health supplements, cosmetics, water purification and FMCG. Due to our expansion, we now seek qualified candidates for the following vacancy:
HR and GA Manager
To ensure HR is aligned with company objectives
To develop policies in accordance with corporate strategies and guidelines
To implement HR initiatives and programmer
To maintain company legal administration according the Indonesia Labor Law
To manage recruitment and selection, training and development for employee, salary administration, employee benefits such as medical claim, staff claim, Jamsostek, Pph 21, insurance, etc
To ensure all administration department activities works in proper
Monitoring for General Affairs administration such as handling the STNK & BPKB, other legal permit, such as Advertising permit, import permit, and so on
Responsible for all legal job, such as drawing up contract agreement, giving legal opinion, litigation and so on
Responsible to coordinate driver, security, office boy, and the entire GA staffs
Responsible to coordinate and monitoring the GA matters with the other entire department in the company
Building a good relationship with attorney, notaries, suppliers and all the related parties

Graduated S1 from reputable university in psychology/management/law
Min. 3 years working experience in same capacity
Knowing about government regulation and labor regulation
Have sound knowledge & experience in HR policy & procedures, Personnel Matters, Employee Relation
Hard working, honest, can work in a team, can work under pressure and have high motivation, able to work long hours
Can operate computer like Words, Excel, and use an email
Know about administration employee in HR and Admin Department
Have knowledge about ISO 9000:2001 Certification will be desirable
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
