ATM Support Manager
Major Responsibilities
The job holder will be responsible to lend support to ANZ’s ATM network, including the set-up, installation and commissioning of new ATMs (in collaboration with IT dept); maintenance and trouble-shooting to existing ATMs; information management regarding ATMs as well as cash-loading services. In this role, you would need to ensure stable, reliable ATM operations which support customer confidence thus providing accurate, fast & professional service to all ATM enquiries & efficient troubleshooting of issues. ATM Maintenance, EBS task management, placement of ATMs within ANZ network, ATM equipment stock maintenance, efficient retrieval and processing of captured cards constitute to other responsibilities under customer focus. You would be required to manage and control the ATM General Ledger accounts to ensure full balance and reconciliation is accurate and timely and that no values remain unlearned/ outstanding.

The role would require you to co-ordinate with IT department to ensure EBS tasks are appropriately prioritized and delivered and also effectively manage telecommunications for proper maintenance of lease lines or wireless connections. The successful incumbent would be expected to take ownership of the team’s performance and development and ensure that their behavior reflects the values and policies of ANZ Royal by managing staff performance by providing feedback, coaching, guidance & assessing and managing the training needs of the team. Another key responsibility area would be management of Information Systems wherein you would be responsible of collection and analysis of information pertaining to ATMs. At all times you would need to focus on innovation and growth for example site identification, new ATM initiatives and the like.

Qualification
Strong knowledge of ANZ’s products, services, processes and policies along with sound understanding of banking systems is essential to the role. Demonstrated commitment to superior Customer Service & Service Quality delivery and high performance level is essential. You would also be expected to possess excellent problem identification and resolution skills in addition to superior communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Knowledge and aptitude with MS products is mandatory.

Other basic requirements for the role would be proven analytical and decision making ability, capacity to maintain production in a pressured, diverse environment & ability to formulate and execute plans & schedules. Past experience in an EBS or IT environment with well established leadership potential or demonstrated project management experience/ ability would be advantageous. Also favorable would be knowledge of EBS system architecture (hardware and software) and computer literacy with Network and Communications knowledge.
