Role:

Job Scope:

Ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports in accordance with accounting standards
Develop strategic plans, budgets and cash flow projections with financial performance measurement and analysis
Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve financial and operational processes
Ensure compliance with local statutory and group reporting requirements
Develop and maintain a good system of Corporate Governance and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies and procedures
Conduct feasibility studies on all capital expenditure and investment projects
Assist in Group tax matters and ensure all tax filings are done on time and provide tax advice when required
Liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretary and any other third party as required
Supervise, lead and develop finance team members

Requirements:
Good degree or professional qualification in Accountancy / ACCA and CPA qualifications
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate similar experience with at least 3 years in a management capacity
Candidates with MNC & manufacturing experience preferred
Hands-on experience is essential as incumbent will have to provide leadership and coaching to the team
Strong leadership and good inter-personal skills
Strong in FRS and good experience in consolidation
Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia / Malay
Willing to travel
Knowledge in Accpac will be an advantage
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
