Job Responsibilities :
Verify & crosscheck deposited & received fund by support documents, to ensure data accuracy.
Handling payment to supplier, vendor & third party and handling cash receipt from customer to ensure all transactions run well.
Handling Bank Guarantee & Bank Reference to support project fund necessity.
Responsible for office cash receipts, maintain & a database for those receipts & prepare a bank deposit (weekly) & produce journal entry.
Maintain receipt of all company bank reconciliation.
Maintain a detailed record of all cash transaction.
Maintain account payable & pay disbursement check register for all suppliers.
Gather historical & current data on accounts.
Consolidate daily income statements.
Job Requirement :
Computer literate (Ms Office, Ms Excel, MYOB)
Strong in administration, order, and have attention to detail
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Able to communicate efficiently to other departments about condition of petty cash.
Able to build good relationship with bank officers.

Financial Controller
Role:
You shall provide leadership to our finance teams in the various subsidiaries in Indonesia in the areas of financial, accounting and reporting.
You shall be stationed in our subsidiary in South Kalimantan and shall be required to travel to the various subsidiaries in Indonesia in the course of your work.
Job Scope:
Manage the financial & accounting functions of the Group. This include reporting, reviewing & performing financial performance analysis, consolidation, cashflow management, taxation, internal controls, credit control and risk management
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports in accordance with accounting standards
Develop strategic plans, budgets and cash flow projections with financial performance measurement and analysis
Assist in developing policies and procedures to improve financial and operational processes
Ensure compliance with local statutory and group reporting requirements
Develop and maintain a good system of Corporate Governance and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies and procedures
Conduct feasibility studies on all capital expenditure and investment projects
Assist in Group tax matters and ensure all tax filings are done on time and provide tax advice when required
Liaise with bankers, auditors, company secretary and any other third party as required
Supervise, lead and develop finance team members
Requirements:
Good degree or professional qualification in Accountancy / ACCA and CPA qualifications
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate similar experience with at least 3 years in a management capacity
Candidates with MNC & manufacturing experience preferred
Hands-on experience is essential as incumbent will have to provide leadership and coaching to the team
Strong leadership and good inter-personal skills
Strong in FRS and good experience in consolidation
Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia / Malay
Willing to travel
Knowledge in Accpac will be an advantage
Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
Reporting:
Reports to the Group Financial Controller in Unifiber Singapore.
Location of work: Asam Asam ( South Kalimantan )
